Produced for Colorado Springs Mayoral candidate Dave Munger, this redevelopment and transportation proposal is based on the principle that incrementally increased density and transit service can positively reinforce one another. The plan focuses redevelopment in infill areas along preexisting transportation corridors. It also proposes three new transit center station area plans. It is a holistic look at the many varied plans being independently developed locally and brings them together, creating a unified plan for the future of the Pikes Peak region. 2010. This flier was produced for the Colorado Springs Streetcar Task Force, a public-private partnership that is exploring the role of streetcars in urban redevelopment in Downtown Colorado Springs.
